Leaving no one behind: ensuring everyone has a seat at the table
Inclusion is not just a value—it's a practice. We actively work to ensure that our programs reach and meaningfully engage everyone, especially those who are often excluded: persons with disabilities, elderly, LGBTQ+ individuals, ethnic minorities, and others marginalized by society.
We believe that diversity strengthens communities and that sustainable development must include all voices.
"Inclusion is not about making everyone the same. It's about celebrating our differences and ensuring everyone can participate fully."

How we put inclusion into action every day.
Designing programs and facilities that are accessible to everyone from the start.
Providing information and services in multiple languages and formats.
Ensuring our staff and leadership reflect the communities we serve.
Creating safe spaces for marginalized groups to share their experiences.
Making individual adjustments to ensure full participation.
Clear policies and procedures to prevent and address discrimination.
When we started our education program for refugee children, we noticed that children with disabilities were not attending. Through community dialogues, we learned that families kept them home due to stigma and a belief that they couldn't learn.
We worked with disability organizations to train teachers in inclusive education, made our classrooms accessible, and started a community awareness campaign. Within a year, 45 children with disabilities enrolled, and attitudes had begun to shift.
Help us ensure that no one is left behind in our work.
