Amina fled conflict in her home country with nothing but hope. She arrived in Uganda traumatized and uncertain about her future. Through our livelihood program, she received training in tailoring and business management.
Today, Amina runs a successful tailoring shop in Kampala, employing three other women from her community. She is also training other refugee women, passing on the skills she learned.
