Founder & Executive Director

Sarah Achile

Visionary leader with 15+ years in humanitarian work

Sarah founded Achile Devine Foundation in 2015 after witnessing the struggles of refugee communities in Kampala. With a background in international development and social work, she has dedicated her career to empowering displaced persons and survivors of violence.

Under her leadership, the organization has grown from a small grassroots initiative to a recognized NGO serving thousands of people across multiple regions.

John Devine

Expert in sustainable development and livelihood programs

John brings over 12 years of experience in designing and implementing community development programs across East Africa. His expertise in agriculture, vocational training, and economic empowerment has been instrumental in shaping the foundation's livelihood initiatives.

John believes in creating solutions that are not only effective but also sustainable and community-owned.
