Empowering individuals with skills and opportunities for economic independence
Our Livelihood Programs are designed to equip refugees, survivors of violence, and vulnerable community members with the skills, resources, and support they need to achieve economic self-reliance. We believe that sustainable livelihoods are the foundation for dignity, empowerment, and long-term well-being.
Through vocational training, entrepreneurship support, and job placement assistance, we help individuals build better futures for themselves and their families.
"When people have the means to support themselves, they regain not just economic stability, but also hope, dignity, and a sense of purpose."
Our comprehensive approach to livelihood development includes:
Hands-on training in tailoring, hairdressing, carpentry, plumbing, and other marketable skills.
Business skills training, mentorship, and access to start-up capital for small businesses.
Connecting trained individuals with employment opportunities and fair wage jobs.
Training on saving, budgeting, and managing finances for long-term stability.
Community-based savings groups that provide access to small loans and mutual support.
Connecting producers and artisans to local and regional markets for their products.
